1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how GluteMaxxing collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects information when you use the iOS app and related services.
2. Information We Collect
Account and profile information
- Email address and authentication information.
- Profile details and onboarding choices you provide.
- Your training location, equipment, experience, and available session time.
Workout and progress information
- Workout plans, completed workouts, streaks, and schedule information.
- Your overall score, detailed score components, and scan timestamps.
- Reminder preferences and optional Apple Health workout records.
Device, diagnostics, and usage information
- Device type, operating-system version, and app version.
- Feature usage, performance information, and crash diagnostics.
- IP address when needed to operate and secure the service.
3. Photo Processing
A scan uses one guided back photo and one guided side photo. When you start an analysis, the app compresses those photos and sends them over an encrypted connection to server-side processing services to generate your score.
The current app does not write raw scan photos to your account’s photo storage. After scoring, GluteMaxxing saves the resulting scores and scan history, not the raw scan photos. Service providers process the request data needed to provide scoring and are subject to their service and data-protection obligations.
Photo requirements
Wear opaque, fitted athletic clothing such as leggings, yoga pants, bike shorts, or fitted gym wear. Swimwear, underwear, nudity, see-through clothing, and sexual poses are not permitted.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others. We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. Storage, Security, and Deletion
Account, score, workout, and preference data are stored using access controls and encrypted connections. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of account data. Deleting your account removes the account and its associated scores and workout records from GluteMaxxing systems, subject to legal or operational retention requirements that may apply.
7. Apple Health
Apple Health access is optional and permission-gated. If you grant permission, GluteMaxxing can save completed workouts and read the specific health information described in the app’s permission prompts. You can change Health permissions in iOS Settings.
8. Age Requirement
GluteMaxxing and its photo-analysis features are intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect photo data from anyone under 18.
